The contents of this Financial Workshops (“FW”) web site (“the Site”) are protected by copyright, database and other intellectual property rights. You may retrieve and display the content of the Site on a computer screen or print a copy of such content for your own personal, non-commercial use, provided you keep intact all and any copyright and proprietary notices. You may not otherwise reproduce, modify, copy, publish, distribute or make available to the public (whether in print or electronic form) any of the content contained in the Site without FW’s prior written consent.

Whilst FW makes reasonable endeavours to ensure that the information contained in the site is accurate, the material is of a general nature and is not intended to be a substitute for specialist advice. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that the content of the site will be suitable to your circumstances or adequate to meet your particular requirements.
Accordingly, we will not be liable for any losses or damages that may arise from the use of the Site or any other web sites linked to the Site or the material on such web sites, including, but not limited to loss or damage due to viruses that may infect your computer equipment, software, data or other property on account of your access to, use of, or browsing the Site or your downloading of any material from the Site or any web sites linked to the Site.
We will make every endeavour to hold the training courses published on the Site on the dates given and to keep users of the Site informed regarding changes to the published course programme. However, there may be circumstances outside the control of FW which oblige us to change or cancel courses. In the event of FW being unable to hold a published course we reserve the right at our sole discretion and without warning to change or cancel them. The submission of a booking request or inquiry regarding a specific course published on the Site, either by means of the online form on the Pre-registration page or by email message, does not create any legal agreement between you and FW. Until a booking form has been accepted by FW accompanied by payment in full for a place on a course, no reliance may be placed on the proposed course dates published on the Site. FW will not be liable for any costs or losses incurred by you as a result of changes or cancellations to proposed courses, except as may be contained in the terms and conditions attached to the FW booking form.
Whilst every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of the Site contents, errors can occur and legislation, practice and regulations change.
Governing law and jurisdiction
Your use of the Site will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and any disputes will be decided only by the courts of England and Wales.
